Editorial Correspondence

The editorial team reviews correspondence during office hours, Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00. A response is typically provided within three to five working days. Correspondence received outside office hours is reviewed at the next available opportunity.

Contribution proposals are welcome. The editorial team reviews all proposals against the publication's editorial standards — which prioritise observation-based, evidence-informed writing on men's everyday wellness habits in the Malaysian context. Commercial content proposals are not accepted. Writers must disclose any commercial relationships that could influence subject selection.

Gralvent Notebook does not publish sponsored content in its editorial sections. The publication maintains full editorial independence. Advertising arrangements, where considered, are kept strictly separate from editorial content and are clearly identified as such.

Factual corrections are welcomed and taken seriously.
